I hope Brian never loses an ounce of this passion I see in almost every live performance by TGA. Hate on the band all you want, but you’ve got to admit, Brian Fallon’s got a whole lotta of love for what he does.

There are artists who are clearly influenced by those who have come before them, but are unique and carry the torch.
There will never be another Bruce Springsteen. If I were making my Mount Rushmore of music, Springsteen would be on it. He’s a great storyteller, tremendous live performer and continues to produce pertinent music into his fifth decade on the scene.
There are a few artists out on the water skiing tow rope of Springsteen’s musical boat and two of them have come out with great albums in the past five months.
Tuesday, The Gaslight Anthem released “Get Hurt,” their fifth studio album since their debut (“Sink or Swim”) in 2007.
